As a partner of Curl, we expect you to be respectful and kind. This includes on social media. Bullying or discrimination based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, hair type, or any other reason will not be tolerated and will result in your immediate and permanent removal from all aspects of Curl without refund.
Directory, Stylist, and Salon Partners are required to have at least some curl-specific training. If an individual’s name is included in a directory listing, that person must have specific curl training. If we discover that is not the case, we reserve the right to edit the directory listing or remove it altogether without refund.
Once your directory listing is posted online, you can log in to make updates. Keeping your listing up-to-date is your responsibility. If your listing is going in the print magazine, updating it online will send us an alert with your new information.
Curl’s online directory includes the ability for guests to leave reviews. We will not intervene to remove negative reviews unless it becomes clear that “review bombing” is happening. Review bombing is when a large number of people post negative reviews in a short period of time with intent to harm the affected business.
