Issue No. 15 Delivery Notice: Due to a cyber attack taking our printing company offline for several weeks, and then paper issues and shortages, the delivery of Issue No. 15 has been delayed until the end of May. What are the types of subscriptions you offer?
Digital Subscription: You’ll receive the next issue(s) in digital format, and have access to all our online content.
Print + Digital Subscription: You’ll receive the next issue(s) in print and digital formats, and have access to all our online content.
Premium Subscription: You’ll receive the next issue(s) in print and digital formats, have access to all our online content, AND access to all previous digital issues while your subscription is active.
What's the difference between 'digital editions' and 'online content'?
Digital editions are exact replicas of the print magazine. Online content encompasses the articles on the website.
How do I renew my subscription?
Sign in to your account and select Manage Subscriptions. Under your subscription details, select Extend.
How do I cancel my subscription/recurring payments?
Sign in to your account and select Manage Subscriptions. Under your subscription details, select Stop Auto-Billing to stop any future payments. Your subscription will remain active until it expires. Cancelling a subscription does not initiate a refund; email help@readcurl.com to request a refund.
How do I access the digital editions?
Sign in to your account and whether you’ve purchased individual issues or have access through a Premium Subscription, they’re right there!
Can I download a PDF of the digital editions?
If you have purchased an issue as part of a subscription or from the shop, you can request a PDF version by emailing help@readcurl.com. While past digital editions accessed as part of a Premium Subscription cannot be downloaded, you may request a PDF of issues you are sent as part of your subscription. (For example, if you receive Issues 9, 10, 11, and 12 as part of an annual Premium Subscription, you could request PDFs for those issues, but not for previous ones, unless purchased separately.)
How do I update the mailing/billing/email address on my subscription?
Sign in to your account and select My Profile. You can update your mailing address, billing address, and email address here.
Do you have tracking information for my magazine?
Magazines that are sent as part of a subscription do not have tracking information.
How long does it take my subscription magazine to arrive?
Delivery times can vary widely in the U.S. and internationally. Please allow up to 8 weeks from the release date for delivery.* If your magazine hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact help@readcurl.com.

*Because of production delays pushing back the shipment of Issue No. 15, the replacement period for that issue will begin when they are shipped at the end of May/early June.

How do I become a product reviewer for Curl?
Once a year, we open up our reviewer pool. We’ll announce this across our newsletter and social media when it happens. You’ll be able to add your name to the list at that time.
I applied to become a product reviewer. How do I know if I'm in?
If you filled out the application, we have your info! Your name is in our pool for the year, and you could be selected at any time within that year. We select reviewers for each product based on location and hair type, because we want to try products across a wide variety of hair and climates. We do have hundreds of applicants, so it’s possible you won’t be selected for a review, but we promise it’s nothing personal, and you should try again next time!
When do you release new issues?
New issues are scheduled to release on the first of the month in February, May, August, and November. If the first of the month falls on a weekend, the scheduled release date will be the first Monday of the month.
My subscription auto-renewed but I didn't want it to. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you request it within 7 days of the payment and it is not 30 days or fewer until a new issue is released. Otherwise, the policy below will apply. Please email help@readcurl.com to request a refund.

Subscription Cutoff Dates
Subscriptions must be active at 11:59 ET on the 15th of the month prior to a release. To receive February’s issue, your subscription must be active on Jan. 15. To receive May’s issue, your subscription must be active on April 15. To receive August’s issue, your subscription must be active on July 15. To receive November’s issue, your subscription must be active on Oct. 15.
I missed the cutoff. Can I still get this issue?
Up until the 15th of a release month (Feb. 15, May 15, Aug. 15, Nov. 15), you may request to have your subscription backdated. This means it will appear to start earlier than it did, and it will also end earlier than the quarter or annual mark. Backdating print subscriptions will incur a shipping fee for the first issue.
