Unless otherwise stated, Curl Magazine (“Curl”) and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

4. Memberships, Billing, and Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a paid membership to Curl, you explicitly agree to the following billing, automatic renewal, and refund terms:
- Automatic Renewal: All memberships (monthly and annual) renew automatically at the end of their respective billing cycles to ensure uninterrupted access. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the then-current rate plus applicable taxes on your scheduled renewal date unless you cancel.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your upcoming renewal at any time through your online account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership prior to your scheduled renewal date.
- Monthly Membership Refund Policy: Monthly membership payments are strictly non-refundable once processed.
- Annual Membership Refund Policy: Annual memberships are eligible for a refund if a written request is received within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal charge. Refunds cannot be processed after this 7-day period has passed.
- Effect of Cancellation: Canceling a membership stops future automatic billing, but it does not automatically trigger a refund for a charge that has already occurred. To request an eligible annual refund within the 7-day window, you must contact help@readcurl.com.
5. Restricted Access
Curl reserves the right to restrict access to areas of this website, or indeed this entire website, at Curl’s discretion.
If Curl provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential.
Curl may disable your user ID and password in Curl’s sole discretion without notice or explanation.
6. User Content
In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.
Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Curl or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

18. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Georgia state law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Georgia.
