Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of the project, even after the project is complete. The Service Provider (Curl Magazine) will not disclose any confidential information of the Client (undersigned) to third parties, and the Client will not disclose any proprietary information of the Service Provider to third parties.

Non-Disclosure:
The Client agrees not to share, distribute, or disclose any proprietary information, trade secrets, or strategies provided by the Service Provider to any third party without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

Disclaimer of Liability:
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for the results or consequences of the Services provided, whether positive or negative, nor for any actions or decisions made by the Client based on the advice or recommendations provided as part of the Services. The Client acknowledges that all decisions and actions taken are at their own risk and discretion. The Service Provider assumes no management responsibility for your business decisions or for policies or practices that you actually implement. Accordingly, the Service Provider will be indemnified and held harmless from any claims, demands, causes of action or litigation including, but not limited to, all costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, which may arise or be incurred by reason of the services performed.

Refund Policy:
The Client acknowledges that the Services provided by the Service Provider involve time, effort, and resources. Therefore, the Client agrees that there will be no refunds for the Services rendered, regardless of the results or outcomes achieved. The Client understands and accepts that the fees paid are non-refundable.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
